I bought my ticket on Southwest Airlines' website last night, so I'm locked in for a visit to Nashville next weekend. Should be nice.
How's this for ridiculous... ESPN is broadcasting the finals of the Scrabble tournament, but some words had to be banned because they were deemed "offensive". You couldn't even use "redskins" as a word -- on ESPN, no less (ironic, don't you think?). Here's the link.
It should be a rather low-key weekend. With Nashville waiting for next weekend, this should be a good chance to lay low and relax for a little bit here at the apartment.
I'm really enjoying the work I've been doing on FFLKing.com. It's a double benefit: in working to keep the site updated daily, I've been working to find out the latest news, which in turn is helping me to prep well for the season. Win-win in my book. I just need to drive some more traffic there and I'll be set...
