Despite promises from the network that the show was safe for another two seasons (this and the next), word leaked out this week that the brilliant, hilarious FOX comedy Arrested Development is going to be cancelled after just 13 episodes in this, its third season. With only 4 million viewers this past Monday, it appears the ratings aren't coming around for this wonderful show. It's a shame, since it's one of the few comedies on TV worth watching, in my opinion.

By chance I found a link to one of the funniest David Letterman Top Ten lists that I've seen in some time. It's regarding the Carolina Panthers cheerleader incident at Banana Joe's in Tampa... Click here to read the list for yourself.

You really have to wonder what the recording industry is thinking sometimes. They had to pay up for price fixing in 2000, and then this month Sony got in trouble for its "copy protection" on CDs that puts malware on unsuspecting users computers.. and subsequently leaves the computers open for attacks by hackers and viruses. Nice work, RIAA...
