I introduced Scott Massey to the joy of the NBA Season Pass tonight. I thought I'd mentioned it to him in the course of conversation this week, but apparently not. But being the solid NBA fan that he is, he loved it right away. Of course, when the free preview ends he'll be bummed. But for now, he can have all the Golden State vs. New Orleans and Utah vs. Atlanta he can stand.
I've been doing some casual bidding on eBay for Sega Sports Tennis and NBA Live 2003. Never know when you'll find a bargain (like a .25 cent Peyton Manning Starting Lineup figure).
Time to do some planning for Christmas. Need to call home this weekend and ask about early ideas people might have. Planning early=smart.
I've been deliberating flying to Nashville on Thanksgiving weekend. I have that Friday off from work (and remember my Thanksgiving workday ends that morning), and it would be great to see everyone (considering I unfortunately haven't been able to get home for Thanksgiving the past few years...) Of course that's a very busy travel time. I remember interviewing at WSAZ on the day before Thanksgiving in 1999 and how busy the Pittsburgh airport was. But even if that doesn't work out, there's always Christmas coming up next month.
Should be a filled November regardless. Going out with Pauline tomorrow, going to see Seinfeld with Scott Massey and his girlfriend Carrie next Saturday, and Carli has me free tickets to see Hoobastank two weeks from today. Should be fun...
