Pulling The Puzzles Apart

"And don't worry, indecisiveness does equal craziness. All females (even me) have it."
-My friend Tali, in an e-mail this morning

That quote from Tali is one of the best I've heard in a long time. Well said.

It looks like I'll be going to Jacksonville this weekend. My friend James has invited me up; he's in the Coast Guard up there. So that should be fun. See Ludacris in concert on Friday, then see what trouble we can round up beyond that.

Speaking of trips, I need to buy my plane ticket for Starkville ASAP. Book it! And then there's the matter of Vegas, and trying to plan a trip to Nashville at some point.

Things at work are going well. Rolling right along. My TV contract runs out two weeks from today, and after that we'll see what happens.

I tried watching WWE Monday Night RAW last night. And, wow, that took some effort. There was a tremendous segment with Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels that clearly the writers had nothing to do with (talking about the past, how Jericho used to pattern his wrestling style and look after Michaels, etc.) If WWE had 50 times as much of that and 50 times less of the silly, stupid, mindless stuff, it would be a much, much stronger product.

As soon as I heard that the U.S. military was using dolphins in Operation: Iraqi Liberation, I knew that the cult that is PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) would pitch a fit. Big Rig mentioned that today over at 98 Rock, and soon enough I found out that they had, in fact, complained. Click here to read the details.

You know, everyone is entitled to their opinions... but this is ridiculous. I find it mind-boggling that there are so many people that buy into the PETA montra.
