Tracking It Down

With my parents and sister in town, there just wasn't time to complete the New Orleans piece for tonight. I hope to finish it tomorrow. But it's worth delaying it to get to spend some time with them.

As I posted on the main page, there was a really nasty voice mail left for me on Friday morning at the office. Click here to see the explainer and to hear the message (with the obscenities bleeped out). Bubba played it on the air this morning, and that's the version I ended up getting to put on here. Thanks to a few well-placed radio board postings, I've determined who the message appears to have been left by. A former supervisor of mine in the TV news biz once told me that I should've been an FBI agent. I'm not sure that I'd enjoy that line of work, but there are times where skills of deduction and logic can be quite useful. More on this as it develops. When you mess with Bubba, you're asking for trouble.

I ate at Shell's tonight with my parents and sister. It's a delicious seafood restaurant that I'm glad I finally had the chance to enjoy. The shrimp pasta was delicious. Mmmmm...
