"The river of deceit pulls down..."
-Mad Season "River Of Deceit"
Melacholy is replaced by anger. I'm very angry about what happened at work this morning. No elaboration.
Had to pry myself away from the Germany/South Korea World Cup game to go to the massage therapist. When I got back, it was over -- Germany had won. Hope to see highlights later of what I missed.
Heard a really cool song on WOXY (out of Ohio, via the internet) yesterday. It's called "Ready And Wasted" by Ben Kweller. Very Weezer-esque, which is a good thing. Interestingly, he was an opening act for the Dashboard Confessional show in April that I missed at Masquerade. Now I'm really mad I missed that show...
The St. Louis trip should be a good time. The last time me, Glenn Brown and Mike Miller were in the same place? Wow... it's been a long time. Way too long. St. Louis might not be ready for this. Historic stuff here. It's going to be interesting to think of Mike in the land of the married. Interestingly, several college friends of mine have gotten hitched, but relatively few from my high school days. Way things go, I guess. But the weekend should be nice.
Well I'm off to sleep... Nothing more to say right now.
