I'm awake, and as of 7:45 AM Eastern my flight is still scheduled to leave as planned. They've pushed the Tampa International Airport closing time ahead to 12:30 PM Eastern, so I should be okay. I hope.
With all the talk of the dangerous high winds, I thought it would be interesting to show you the view I have from my apartment balcony... Perhaps it'll be a compare/contrast situation after Hurricane Charley, though hopefully the damage here won't be too bad. I hope to have more later -- in the meantime, here's how it looked from my balcony this morning.
