One week from tomorrow, Bubba The Love SpongeŽ (my boss) will be appearing on the HBO show On The Record with Bob Costas. It should be most interesting. Bubba told me last night that he expects to make a major announcement on the program, though he didn't specify to me what that announcement would be. I guess we'll all find out soon enough.
It will be interesting if Costas tries to take on Bubba in an argument. Very interesting. Certainly it's on Costas' home court, but Bubba is about as sharp as they come when it comes to defending himself and his product in the face of attacks.
It's been three years now since I moved to Tampa. Three years. Wow, how the time has flown by. And the wonderful thing is that I still love it here. This is such a great place to live. Even when the traffic on I-275 snarls into a traffic jam of a mess.
Congratulations to my DigiQuest co-worker John Boogades, whose wife Crystal gave birth to a baby boy named Toby on Tuesday. What I find interesting is that John is just a few months older than I am, yet he has three children (compared to none for me).
