And they're things that you miss"

If you haven't seen the new HBO show Deadwood, you're missing out on the best new show on television. Over at DigiQuest, quotes from Deadwood are a regular occurance -- and then the other day I heard Brent Hatley and Co-Co saying some lines from the show when they were over at the office.
Deadwood kind of reminds me of ECW from back in the day -- everyone plays subtle heel (i.e. bad guy tendencies), but that doesn't stop the show from being compelling or interesting. The Sopranos, along with Deadwood, is proof positive to me that you don't have to have a formula good guy vs. bad guy antagonist/protagonist situation to tell a great story. Then again, Casablanca proves that as well. But I digress.
I attempted a running commentary of the NFL Draft over at DraftKing.com yesterday. It was kind of fun to try that, though I think most people interested in the draft were actually watching ESPN's coverage (or looking at NFL.com or ESPN.com and their coverage of it).
But you'll notice that if you do a Google search for "2005 NFL Mock Draft", the first link up is to my Draft King page. It's never too early to start the promotion for next year, eh?
